School Fee Policy, Structure, and Billing

Overview

School fees are paid termly, parents who wish to pay annually are allowed to do so but this does not attract special discounts. Should there be variations in the fees due to additional items or increases in prices, such parents will have to pay the difference. Kindly note all fees are to be paid before the resumption of each term.

Tuition Fees

Termly payments covering all academic programs.

Boarding Fees

This fee is charged for boarding and feeding of the students and every other thing required to make the student comfortable in the college.

WAEC/NECO Bills

Bills for terminal examination is included in the general bill but however, Parents are notified if there will be an increment.

Parent's Responsibility

Parents are responsible for the prompt payment of all fees by the due date specified on the bill. Timely payment ensures that the school can continue to provide a high-quality learning environment and resources for all students. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in late fees or suspension of services.

Other Dues & Services

Uniforms

This fee is paid for all the wears required and provided by the school as a uniform.

Tuck Shop

The tuck shop provides general supplies for the students and other essential needs. A deposit is paid by cash to the account officer who in turn turns it into a top-up account for the house parents who disburses at the tuck shop.

Hair Do

This is a fee paid to the account's office (IN CASH) used to pay the hair vendors who come every weekend to make the girls' hair.

Uniform Based Clubs

A term subscription is paid to the school's account.

PTA Dues

Here at CJPAC, we have a Parent Teacher Association that supports certain projects, and the dues are paid into the PTA account

Excursions/Trips

Fees communicated per event, participation is optional.

Discounts

Multiple Children Discount

Families with multiple children enrolled receive a discount on tuition fees. Please contact the admissions office for details.

Referral Discount

Parents who refer the college are offered a discount deducted in the bill of their children.

Modes Of Payment

Bills are issued at the end of the term stating the amount to be paid for the following term. To ensure secure and transparent financial transactions, we accept payments through the following methods. Please note that cash payments are not accepted for school fees.

All payments are made directly into the school accounts. Evidence of payments should be sent to the account officer of the college electronically to prepare receipts.
