Rules and Regulations

Visiting Day

Parents and guardians are allowed to visit their child(ren)/wards on the last Sunday of every month between the time 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. Parents are allowed to bring food but food the child can eat up at once as food is not allowed in the dormitory.

Provision Allowance

Provisions are allowed to supplement the nutritious food served in the college.

Gadgets Policy

Mobile phones are strictly prohibited. Laptops and tablets are permitted only with prior approval from the ICT instructor for academic purposes. Unauthorized gadgets will be confiscated.

Medical Care

The college has a well-equipped sick bay where students are looked after by competent, qualified health practitioners.

Resumption

New students are expected to resume a day before the official resumption date for orientation. Punctuality is mandatory for all returning students.

Birthdays

The students are celebrated at the assembly with a card presentation on the day of their birthdays.

No bullying

Zero Tolerance for Bullying

Canon James Pearse Anglican College is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all students. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bullying in any form— physical, verbal, or online.

Any reported incidents are investigated thoroughly and confidentially. Disciplinary actions are taken seriously and may include suspension or expulsion. We encourage students and parents to report any concerns immediately.
